I Am A Salsa Creator Failure
My Salsa I keep trying to recreate my favorite salsa, Mateo's, because it's a bit hard to find in stores around here, and with all of our tomatoes my mother has grown it would be great to be able to utilize them, but goodness I'm not too good at this. My first attempt consisted of me just winging it, and coming up with my own proportions based on the ingredients list on the back of the jar. I wish you could look me in the eyes when I say this so you could truly understand that when I tell you, it was not good, it was seriously not good. The first day it was quite good, and I was really excited, like wow this is great first attempt, but my thoughts quickly changed. I didn't expect the flavor to change so much after a couple of days.
